Longhao Airlines Boeing 737 cargo plane from Guangzhou landed at Xianyang International Airport on the 20th, marking the first time that Xi'an's annual air cargo and postal throughput exceeded 300,000 tons, and the construction of Xi'an International Aviation Hub jumped to a new height.

This all-cargo route between Xi'an and Guangzhou mainly transports Samsung and American optoelectronic electronic components, clothing, cosmetics and so on. It is an important channel for Shaanxi enterprises to connect FedEx Asia-Pacific Transport Center and participate in the global division of labor.

Freight and postal throughput is an important index to measure the international aviation hub, and routes and cargo sources are the key factors to determine the freight and postal throughput. In recent years, Xi'an Xixian New Area Airport New Town has actively opened routes and cargo gathering sources. It has opened 16 all-cargo routes from Xi'an to Amsterdam, Hahn and Chicago in conjunction with Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. It has formed an aviation network pattern of "opening to the west, distributing to the East and radiating to the whole country".

Li Ye, deputy director of China Merchants Bureau of Xi'an Xixian New Area Airport New Town, introduced that the monthly air cargo volume has increased by more than 20% since August this year, and the development of air logistics has accelerated significantly. In addition, with the opening of international freight routes from Xi'an to Hanoi and the international freight routes from Xi'an to Moscow, which will be opened in early 2019, Xi'an will further strengthen its aviation hub status on the "one belt and one road".
